What is the difference between Size and Cut-out Size?
Size is the overall dimension of the unit. Cut-out Size is the opening to leave in the counter for a drop-in model, and is always slightly smaller so the unit's lip rests on the surface. Models with no cut-out size listed are table-top units.
Is this model single-phase or three-phase?
The power line on each product tells you. Ratings marked 220~240V are single-phase; those marked 440V or 415~440V (3 Phase) need a three-phase supply. Have an electrician confirm the available supply before ordering a three-phase unit.
What cookware will work on it?
Any pan with a magnetic base — cast iron or magnetic stainless steel. If a magnet sticks firmly to the underside, the pan will heat. Aluminium, copper, glass and clay will not, unless they have a bonded magnetic base.
